About Jayne

She has been a native to Sarasota for more than 25 years. Through her experiences with the Sarasota community, real estate, and raising three kids, she has become an expert in the area while helping clients create exciting and long-lasting futures in the Sarasota area.

Originally from Indiana, Jayne graduated from DePauw University with a bachelor’s of nursing degree. She then received her master’s in nursing from Case Western Reserve University and became a clinical nurse specialist in Neurosurgery. She went on to work in some of the most renowned teaching hospitals in the country, including Northwestern Memorial and the Cleveland Clinic, before transitioning to Sarasota with her family in 1998.

An entrepreneur at heart and with a passion for real estate, Jayne earned her real estate license in 2005 and set out to build her career as a real estate agent. Jayne knew that becoming a Real Estate Agent was a natural fit for her, allowing her to combine her observational and negotiation skills with her passion for taking care of and connecting with others. On top of keeping her client’s best interests at heart, what sets Jayne apart is her patience, proficiency, and confidence. Her extraordinary knowledge of the Southwest Florida marketplace and its trends allows her to quickly identify the “right and best” opportunities for her clients. By successfully establishing and raising three young children in Sarasota County, she can provide extensive guidance regarding schooling, daycares, sports teams, clubs, and any other areas of interest for new and young parents. She has the patience to perceive, understand, and pursue her clients’ wants and needs, and she wields the confidence necessary to consistently negotiate win-win deals for all parties involved.

During her 18 years in the real estate industry, Jayne has established herself as an award-winning real estate expert in the Sarasota area. She has earned several designations during her time in the field, including Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and Real Estate Negotiation Expert. Recently, she has been thrilled to become a partner with the Coldwell Banker Longboat Key office – which has been ranked #2 in the country – and looks forward to using her many skills and talents to build on their reputation for excellence. Jayne was inducted into the Coldwell Banker International President’s Circle of Excellence for 2022, recognizing her as one of the top 5% of Coldwell Banker agents.
